Product Description: This is a velvet tint with a creamy texture that provides vivid color that lasts like ink. This is a lip lacquer that creates lips that bloom like flowers with a soft velvet-like texture. Although it is a refreshing and light formula, it provides vivid color and moisture.

Product usage: Apply to lips using brush tip.
