How to use for maximum results
Hair preparation
- Wash your hair thoroughly with shampoo, preferably with a mild formula (without aggressive surfactants) to avoid drying the scalp.
Apply the mask
- Lightly pat your hair with a towel to remove excess water.
- Apply the mask first to the ends and lengths, then distribute the rest of the product closer to the roots (but avoid excessive amounts on the scalp if the skin is very oily).
Massage and exposure
- Gently massage over the scalp to stimulate blood circulation and help the active ingredients penetrate deeper.
- Leave the mask on for 5-10 minutes (depending on how damaged your hair is). For a more intense effect, you can use a thermal cap or towel to create a ‘thermal’ environment.
Rinse off
- Rinse thoroughly with warm (not hot) water to close the hair cuticle and retain all the nutrients inside.
Final care
- Optionally, apply a light, leave-in spray or oil for extra shine.
