How to use Unless otherwise specified, drink one cup of tea infusion prepared as follows, 3 to 4 times daily. Pour 1 teaspoon (about 1.5 g) of hawthorn leaves over the flowers with foamy boiling water (about 150 ml) and after about 10-15 minutes.
