Powder may get inside and cause poor contact, causing the power to not turn on. (This is the most common cause of failure for electric types.) ○Do not use the motor continuously for long periods of time. ○Do not use fabrics that are too hard or too thick. This puts stress on the internal gears, causing them to become disengaged, wear out, and break. (This is the most common cause of failure in manual types.) ＜Countermeasures＞ - Increase the moisture content of the dough. - Use a rolling pin to thin the dough to a certain extent before using the machine. At first, set the distance between the rollers to the maximum (dial 0) and stretch the fabric. ○Do not use fabric that is too soft. The noodles may stick to the roller or cutter, or they may not cut cleanly and the noodles may come out stuck together. ○Make sure the width of the fabric is a little shorter than the movable parts of the roller or cutter.
