The ones that arrived were not the ones I ordered, these have too small an instep, my foot won't fit. How do you assemble the goods? I specifically ordered a different model

I received my slippers, they are true to size. I have a low instep, so they fit just right on my foot. Comfortable, lightweight, I recommend them for purchase.
