How to Use:
1. Power on: just press the "read" button for 1 second.
2. Scale conversion: press the "scale" button for 1 second, select the Brix concentration unit, "S01" stands for Brix, which can also test all sugar-containing liquids. "S02" stands for TDS, which is used to measure the dissolved concentration of solids.
3. Measures: Use a straw to take some samples from the depth 1/2 of the cup, drop 3 to 5 drops on the sample plate, and then cover. Press the "reading" key for 1 second, and the meter will provide you with the current value. If you press the "reading" key for 2 seconds, the meter will count down 15 measurements and the reading will be the average value.
4. Temperature unit conversion: Press the "scale" key for more than 2 seconds, the meter will display Celsius or Fahrenheit.
5. Calibration: No need to calibrate every time. Add 3 to 5 drops of distilled water to the sample plate, make sure that the water temperature is the same as the temperature of the meter, the standard temperature is 20 celsius , and then cover it. Press the "CAL" key for more than 2 seconds until the "CAL" flashes, press the "CAL" key again, the meter will display "end" and display 0.0percent .
6. Turn off power: If the meter does not work, it will turn off within one minute.
7. Maintenance: Always clean and wash the sample with distilled water and dry it with a soft cleaning cloth. Do not use hard objects for cleaning, otherwise the prism glass will be damaged..
