How to Use
30 minutes before going outside, rotate the dial at the bottom of the container to dispense an appropriate amount and apply evenly to parts exposed to UV rays. Reapply every 3 hours during outdoor activities to protect the skin. When applying to the body, apply with the stick first, then spread evenly with your hands for more effective UV protection.
