No, neither "luxury" nor anything else, but CHEAP JUNK, again so "cleverly" sealed that it looks high-quality...!?! Better to keep your hands off, especially at the currently high price at which these chains are currently offered. I only paid about 4€ for it, but that is also far too much for the trash can.
