Subject: Complaint – Backpack defective after short use (Order from January 28th)Good eve Joooooooom !, received the backpack on January 28th and used it for the second time today. Recent use for cycling to work and in it to transport my documents, my logbook, as well as kl water sleeping 0.5 l. Unfortunately, I had to notice that the zippers are already damaged after short use and no longer work Nonsense!. After only two uses, this is a clear indication of ++++++ poor material or workmanship quality. A product should last longer than just two uses.
