Directions: For foot baths and baths, dissolve 5-6 tablespoons in warm water (38-41°C) for a full body bath. Bath water should not be too hot, as this will prevent the magnesium from being absorbed into the skin. Recommended bath time is 20-30 minutes. Use 2-3 times a week, or more often if needed.
