Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, adults take one tablet daily with a meal or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed recommended dose. Individual results may vary.

Important Information: Long-term use of high-dose vitamin A (except when sourced from beta-carotene) may increase the risk of osteoporosis in adults. Do not use this product if you are taking other vitamin A supplements.
The most common cause of poisoning in children under 6 years of age is accidental overdose of iron-containing products. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, contact a doctor or emergency room immediately.
