Directions: Use after washing your hands. Once the vagina is clean and dry, insert the capsule into the vagina using your finger or the included applicator until it is comfortably positioned. For adults 18 years of age and older, insert 1 suppository into the vagina every 3 days at bedtime as needed to relieve symptoms of bacterial vaginosis and support vaginal flora. Under 18: Consult your doctor. If using the applicator: Pull back on the plunger to place the capsule into the space at the end of the barrel. Gently insert the applicator barrel into the vagina, then press the plunger. Remove the applicator. Wash the applicator in hot, soapy water and air dry.
