Place the round cover of the patch behind the heel as shown, peel off the round white liner and gently stick it to the back of the heel. Gently wrap the bottom of the heel with the main body of the patch. Press the edges of the patch so that the adhesive is firmly attached to the heel. Leave on for at least 1 hour and up to 8 hours or overnight. Wearing socks will help keep the patch on and maintain body temperature to enhance moisture penetration.
