How to Use: IMPORTANT: Be sure to follow the proper usage instructions. Adults and children 6 years and older: Use twice daily after brushing teeth with toothpaste. Open the cap. Pour 10ml into the cap (up to the 10ml line on the inside of the cap). Do not fill beyond the 10ml line. Gargle 10ml of mouthwash thoroughly between teeth for 1 minute and spit. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. For children under 12 years of age, instruct them on the correct method (to minimize swallowing). Supervise them as needed until they can use it correctly on their own. For children under 6 years of age: consult a dentist or physician.
