I always order 24 inch bobo ballons, but they’ve been never so small and bad quality as these. It’s my first time ordering from Joom and got so small ballons. And now, I’m struggeling with returning it and get my money back. Please help me with this issue, because I tried already one ballon. It’s so small and not symmetric! The sepereting line is not in the middel and that’s so ugly.
