It took 3 MONTHS to arrive just like another disc I ordered the same day. 1 month doing nothing or preparing it, another month in Madrid and another to arrive at my house. They could only tell me that I had to put up with it because it could take 3 months and that's it when everyone else received it and it is supposed to arrive in 1 month or a month and a half. I demand the refund when they deliver it to me because evidently it has not arrived on its date and they deny it. I don't plan to buy more on Joom because it's the 3rd time it happens to me and in different brands.

I pre-ordered 3 albums and I didn't get A SINGLE POB, the packages took almost 2 months to arrive, the album arrived fine but I'm annoyed since I didn't get any benefits and only plastics that. I end up giving away.

It took a while to arrive (due to customs) and the box was a bit damaged, but it's finally in my hands and I got the one I wanted (I love you, Seungmin). Super happy!!!

Certainly I waited 1 month before receiving it but it was worth it! Almost full Hyunjin (my bias wrecker) I am delighted 😆😆

I loved it and it arrived earlier than I thought, super well protected, super recommend 💛
