Platform-mediated work is present throughout society. Terms such as “platformization”, “uberization”, “data” and “algorithms” are definitive words in the grammar of contemporary capital. On the other hand, workers' struggles have also taken on new forms, through mechanisms such as platform cooperativism, digital unionism and worker-owned platforms.. One of the many lessons of this book is that the current landscape of platform work is not as inevitable as it may seem.; is, on the contrary, a laboratory.
