To ensure thorough cleaning and maximum moisture removal, hold the swab for about 5 seconds after inserting it into the instrument, then slowly withdraw it. The flag-shaped cloth then adheres to the interior wall, thoroughly absorbing moisture and dirt from every corner. Pulling it out too quickly will halve its effectiveness, making the swab more visible and leaving more lint inside the instrument. It's easy to clean, and it removes a large amount of moisture and dirt at once. Insert it slowly, without twisting, from the joint cork side. The rod-shaped part is made of flexible urethane, which does not touch the delicate mouthpiece tip or interior. The swab body is made of ultra-fine microfiber for high moisture absorption. The edges are decorated using a special ultrasonic machine to prevent lint from remaining inside the instrument. It can also be used on contra-alto clarinets and baritone saxophones.
