This device features derailment recovery functionality for minor derailments of moving trains. Preventive installation is highly effective for recovering derailments of fixed train formations. Effectively reduces the risk of derailment in hard-to-reach areas, such as large-scale layouts, and in areas prone to unevenness. Ideal for supplementing the functionality of the Relayer (#2-502) in certain situations, such as for single trains and small formations. With a total length of 123 mm, the exterior mimics the shape of a railroad crossing step without ballast, making it easy to use on both wooden and precast concrete sleeper tracks. Ideal for maintaining double track spacing. Its width is 60 mm, equivalent to the basic double track spacing. By placing these devices side by side, parallel tracks are prevented from coming too close to each other when running on floor rails.
