A horde of monsters appears in an industrial area!?
Captain Gent's special monster response detachment, SKaRD, fights back, but no matter how many monsters they defeat, more keep attacking.
Believing that the incident may be somehow connected to Necromass, an advanced chemical company that has a factory in the area and conducts research and disposal of monster remains, SKaRD rushes to meet with the company's CEO, Dr. Mabuse, one of the world's leading chemical researchers.
Necromass's laboratory is developing "Damdoxin," a substance that could grant immortality, a condition that is linked to the very origin of life, and is said to be nearing completion.
Amidst this, a mysterious "Damno Alien" who calls himself the "Conqueror of the Universe" suddenly appears!
Damdoxin overflows from a destroyed tank and consumes the laboratory's samples, creating the terrifyingly gigantic "Demonic Beast Gongilgan."
Now, with Japan's capital as the stage, the curtains rise on a spectacular clash between Ultraman Blazer & SKaRD and the giant monster!
