It was too small

absurd.....I already had a pair of identical trousers and these arrived in size XL but extremely smaller....I took photos, sent complaints but JOOM has drained me so much that I will have to keep the trousers....they ask for the photos after I have already sent them....and to think I paid with PayPal....JOOM is the worst place where I have purchased: something can go wrong but then things can be fixed....my goodness where I bought...non-existent assistance and unclear and non-transparent procedures....I would have expected a full refund for the item: I am writing these negative events now because there has been no way to resolve the issue
