Dear Joom customer service, I am contacting you regarding an order placed on January 28th, corresponding to a pair of Adidas clogs in size 39.. Order 6748733V was delivered on February 6th, after a considerable waiting period. However, upon receiving it, I have verified that an error was made on your part, as the product sent corresponds to size 36, which is completely incorrect and unusable.. This error has caused me clear harm, since: I have waited more than a week to receive the product. The item received cannot be used. I am forced to further delay its use due to a failure that is not my fault. For all these reasons, I request: The immediate shipment of the Adidas clogs in the correct size (39), at no additional cost to me. Clear and simple instructions for returning the incorrect product, also at no cost. Some type of compensation for the inconvenience caused and the delay, whether in the form of a partial refund, a discount coupon, or an equivalent solution.
