The size was wrong, the seams are terrible, and also on the front in a visible place, the back is gouged out😕 Of course, I won't be able to carry it because the laptop falls out of it. But they agreed to return 50% of the price. At least that's something. I'm giving it 2 stars because the material is pleasant to the touch and the bag itself is actually nice, if it weren't for all these issues.
