A blend of two varieties of 100% Arabica Mandheling coffee from Sumatra. This blend was developed to enhance the flavor of regular coffee in a De'Longhi automatic espresso machine. (We recommend brewing in Café Japone or Long Coffee mode.) The combination of well-balanced acidity, deep bitterness, a rich flavor, and a complex herbal aroma, along with a sweet aroma reminiscent of earth and caramel, gives this coffee a special, velvety texture. This coffee has a unique character unlike any other coffee in the world.
