Nagase Rubber Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in Sumida Ward, Tokyo. It began manufacturing and selling softballs, softball tennis balls, and beach balls for export.
The year after the end of the war, Nagase Rubber Industries Co., Ltd. was established. It resumed ball production as a designated ball manufacturing factory by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
Supporting the underclass of baseball, which brought a ray of joy to young boys in the ruins of the city, we worked to expand production and improve quality, and obtained official recognition from the national baseball federation.
We also actively founded competitive tournaments. By increasing game opportunities and sponsoring game balls and championship flags, we strive to contribute to the promotion and development of domestic sports.
