TRIPOWIN Kailua combines the best of previous collaborations with HBB into a single dual dynamic driver set: a high-quality driver with MELE bass and enhanced midrange performance; and a second, superior driver as an extension of the Olina SE. In Hawaiian, Kailua means "two streams." These two streams come together to bring your music library to life. [Dual Dynamic Driver Innovation] Kailua features the combination of a 10mm diamond-like carbon (DLC) titanium-coated diaphragm driver and a 6mm titanium-coated composite diaphragm driver. DLC diaphragm dynamic drivers have long been the industry standard in the world of high-fidelity audio, beloved for their technical and tonal performance. By coating the next-generation DLC film with an ultra-thin titanium coating, the tensile strength of the entire diaphragm is further increased, improving responsiveness and the sense of speed. By applying the same titanium coating to both the 10mm and 6mm drivers, Kailua achieves extremely high cohesion despite being a crossover. This simple innovation allows for driver loading across the entire frequency range while delivering the natural sound of a single-driver system. [High Technical Performance] Kailua's titanium-coated drivers deliver exceptional resolution from low to high frequencies, thanks to their agile response. Sub-bass has a fast attack, low-mids are natural and warm, and the fundamental frequencies of bass guitars and other instruments are richly textured. High frequencies are meticulously tuned for rich detail without unnatural dips or peaks. The titanium coating extends the high frequencies beyond 15kHz, giving the sound incredible air and finesse. With total harmonic distortion (THD) of less than 0.5% of the total output, Kailua delivers incredible audio quality in a small footprint. [Detachable High-Purity Cable] Kailua comes standard with a detachable 2-pin 0.78mm cable. This cable is made of high-purity OCC copper, providing clear sound without distortion. This cable also extends the life of the earphones and can be replaced with a similar 2-pin cable in the future.
