OD32mm - 20cm

1. I ordered 2 pieces of acrylic tubes 20cm long and 32mm diameter..I only received one piece, even though I paid for 2 pieces The website and email clearly state that I ordered 2 pieces, why does the courier invoice say only one piece?? 2. Even the piece that reached me, arrived cracked at one end..uninteresting if it's due to transport, I needed it intact I will also attach below 2 photos of the detected problems I hope you resolve the problem as URGENTLY as possible, I don't care by what means..or otherwise send my money back as URGENTLY as possible!!!
