It has one inner pocket and an embroidered name. Please refer to the actual measurements for size. There is a small hole around the collar. It is lined. The second button is coming off. The buttons on both cuffs are decorative and cannot be opened or closed. There is a smudge on the left sleeve. There is no other noticeable damage.
