How to use:
1. Pour in an appropriate amount of flour and water,
2. Select function (Wake or Mix)
3. Knead into a dough
Single and Face button: Press the buttons and face button + choose time
Wake face + Harmony face: 1. Press Harmony face button + choose time; 2. Press wake button and choose time.
Face mask technique:
When making bread, mix flour, eggs and milk in a dough mixer. It is important to note that the eggs contain water in the egg whites, so flour and water should be well controlled (for example, if you have 4 cups of flour, the water should be controlled within 1 cup). Set the time to mix for about 15-30 minutes to form a ball, then take it out and knead it into a ball before putting it in the pot. Seal the pot with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Once chilled, take it out and add melted butter and yeast to the pot. Beat it for about 20 minutes before using the hand mask. Finally, let it ferment at a constant temperature.
