LAUGH WRINKLES (Yotsuya, Tokyo), which continues to build a reputation for its cultivable iron frying pans for home and camping, has now specially ordered an iron plate from Fujita Metal (Yao, Osaka), a company committed to domestic production. This iron plate, crafted with the same high quality as a frying pan master, has been created. Created by stretching the sides of an unpainted iron plate using a spatula-shaped process, the banquet plate ensures a solid base thickness, making it an iron plate that makes no compromises when it comes to cooking. Without handles, it's ideal for use around a bonfire or outdoors. After cooking, the plate can be placed directly on the table as an iron plate, allowing you to enjoy your food while it's still warm.

[A banquet plate where food dances] Its round shape is reminiscent of a disc. We named it the banquet plate, hoping it would be a tool that would help create a joyous banquet, one that would make food dance, hearts dance, and everyone smile.

[Difference from Previous Cast Iron Plates] This cast iron frying pan, perfect for home and camping, has been developed by FUJITA KINZOKU and LAUGH WRINKLES. We've now incorporated that same quality into our cast iron plates. The base is 1.6mm thick, the same as a regular cast iron frying pan. While it may feel a little heavy, maintaining the quality of a cast iron frying pan was our top priority.

It maintains a high temperature without losing heat when you place food on it, instantly searing the surface of the meat to lock in the flavor, while allowing the interior to cook thoroughly for a delicious steak.

Two sizes are available: 24.5cm (Tenban) and 18.5cm (Small Tenban mini disk). Both feature the LAUGH WRINKLES logo embossed in the center.

[Usage Precautions] When moving the cast iron plate, use commercially available grips or heat-resistant gloves and handle with care. Iron rusts. After use, rinse with water and a scrubbing brush, then dry thoroughly before storing. If you won't be using it for a long time, applying olive oil will help prevent rust.
