❶ Magnetic Brake System: Despite being a magnetic brake, it feels like a centrifugal brake. This is a design I've always been passionate about, featuring the patented "Vibration-Free Magnetic Brake System." Its braking power is proportional to the spool's rotation speed. Experience a unique casting feel. ❷ Line Memory: This function displays the line weight spooled on the handle nut retainer by turning the dial. ❸ G-nius Design Handle Knob: A refined knob shape allows for a single knob shape for everything from worming to reeling. ❹ Duralumin Frame Handle: We deliberately avoided carbon handles and stuck to metal. In particular, the handle knob shaft's attachment point to the handle frame is recessed to prevent line pick-up in the event of a malfunction. The handle length is 90mm from center to center. ❺ Long Nose Level Winder: This design inherits my WELDACT guider design, which has been highly praised by top Japanese pros. It reduces frictional resistance when releasing the line. 6. Drag: While boasting a maximum drag power of 9kg, it also features a click sound. The click sound mechanism is built into the main shaft, ensuring smooth drag start even when using bait finesse. This is Aoki's specialty. 7. One-piece aluminum die-cast frame: To withstand the harsh conditions of Lake Biwa, we built a strong frame without focusing on weight reduction. This increased rigidity also contributes to improved reeling comfort. It weighs 173g. 8. The GRAVIUS is suitable for both bait finesse and heavy lures like big baits. 9. Bearings: With Lake Biwa in mind, we selected stainless steel bearings designed for heavy use. Learning that bearing accuracy is as important as setting the appropriate lure for the application, we also paid particular attention to the gap between the housing and ball. This results in a new type of bearing that can withstand both harsh conditions and bait finesse. 10. Side Covers: The side covers are made of carbon material to achieve both strength and lightness.
