The shoes do not correspond to size 40. They fit like 38-39. Although they look like real Birkenstocks, they are unfortunately not and I am now having trouble returning the shoes. Unfortunately, no communication from Joon. Will not order anything more, would rather buy from TEMU

The shoes do not correspond to size 40, they fit more like 38-39. They are not genuine Birkenstocks. I have complained and want to send them back, but unfortunately have received no response from Joom. I would rather order from Temu. Communicating with Joom is impossible
