Immune booster, anti-nausea, high potent anti-oxidant, great if you are prone to getting sick/flu. Only 10% of its blend as white tea which contains just 1-2% caffeine. A very low caffeine tea. Taste description – ginger lemon Organic - very low caffeine - vegan friendly - gluten free Ingredients & Excipients Ginger root (Zingiber officinale), Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus), Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea), White tea (Camellia sinensis). Direction for Use Place 1 teaspoon of loose leaf in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 7-10 minutes for desired strength. Serve hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste. Serve without milk. Drink 2-3 cups daily.
