ELLEGARDEN is a Japanese rock band consisting of four members: Takeshi Hosomi (vocals), Shinichi Ikugata (guitar), Yuichi Takada (bass), and Hiroki Takahashi (drums). Formed in Chiba Prefecture in December 1998, they made their national debut in 2001 with the album "ELLEGARDEN."

Since then, they have gained widespread popularity both domestically and internationally for their energetic live performances and fast-paced, loud sound. However, in 2008, at the height of their popularity, they suddenly went on hiatus.

After releasing five studio albums, they released a greatest hits album in 2008.

In May 2018, they announced their first live tour in approximately 10 years, "THE BOYS ARE BACK IN TOWN TOUR 2018," to be held in August of the same year. Over the past 10 years, each member has grown and delivered a new sound. ELLEGARDEN has a passionate fan base, and their merchandise has received rave reviews across the board!
