How to Use
[For direct application] Dispense 1-2 drops onto your fingertips and apply to areas of concern, such as temples, neck, and shoulders.
[For aroma lamps/diffusers] Add 3-5 drops as desired.
[Aromatherapy Bath] Add 3-5 drops to a warm bathtub and mix.
[Aromatherapy Hand/Foot Bath] Add 1-3 drops to a bowl of warm water and mix.
[Aromatherapy Massage] Mix 1-2 drops with carrier oil or body cream and massage.
[Aromatherapy Cleaning] Use for cleaning areas such as mopping and toilets.
