The RE-2 is a compact effect that recreates the sound and behavior of the Space Echo to an unprecedented level, allowing for space-saving placement on your pedalboard.
The Compact Space Echo RE-2 is a compact pedal that recreates the Roland RE-201 Space Echo to an unprecedented level. Released in 1974, the RE-201 is a legendary product beloved by musicians worldwide, its rhythmic, warm echo sound creating a unique worldview. BOSS, a master of the original, has recreated the sound and behavior of the RE-2, distilling the appeal of the Space Echo that musicians find so satisfying. ・This compact pedal recreates the sound and behavior of the Roland RE-201 Space Echo to an unprecedented level. ・The unique, warm echo sound can be used for twice the length of the original. ・A perfect reproduction of the original's built-in spring reverb. ・3 playback heads and reverb combine to create 11 different sound variations. ・Sweet modulation effects with the Wow & Flutter knobs. ・By holding down the footswitch, you can input tap tempo or Tune.
