[Synopsis] Kamen Rider Drive, a car-riding detective Kamen Rider, gained popularity and ran for a year. From that, a new legend was born: the V-Cinema "Drive Saga: Kamen Rider Chaser." The second spin-off, "Drive Saga: Kamen Rider Mach/Kamen Rider Heart," is now available! The first of these two films stars Kamen Rider Mach (played by Go Shijima), the No. 2 Rider who aided the protagonist, Drive. The second film features Heart, the leader of the Roidmudes, Drive's sworn enemy, making a surprising comeback as a Kamen Rider. Both stories take place after the events of the "Kamen Rider Drive Novel: Mach Saga," which follows the events of the TV series. [Story] <Kamen Rider Mach> Reiko Nishibori, daughter of the shocking copycat criminal Mitsuya Nishibori and the perpetrator of the Seeker Roidmudes incident, has been released from prison. Shijima Go, who had been in a similar situation to Reiko, testified at the trial and was looking forward to supporting her after her release, eagerly awaiting the day he was released from prison. His older sister, Kiriko, now a wife and mother, also sincerely hoped that Go would find her own happiness. However, on the night Reiko was released from prison, a series of murders occurred, with women's hair used as the murder weapon. Reiko was spotted on the surveillance cameras at the crime scenes... Tomari Shinnosuke of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's Special Task Force, First Investigative Division, marked Reiko as a suspect. Believing in her innocence, Go went on the run with Reiko, but Reiko left him, saying, "Those born as the child of a monster can never escape its curse." Go was at the lowest point of despair. However, an unexpected person appeared before him. Could Reiko really be the culprit? With his feelings for Reiko and his best friend in his heart, Go pursues the truth!

<Kamen Rider Heart> Several years after Chase's disappearance... Just when people were beginning to forget the threat of the Roidmudes, Heart has returned!? And what's more, the cores of Brain and Medic are still inside Heart's body. At the same time, an incident occurs in which monsters closely resembling Roidmudes attack civilians. Feeling that he doesn't want to see Roidmudes wandering around, harboring harm to humans, Heart volunteers to cooperate with Inspector Oita's investigation. It soon becomes clear that all of the attacked civilians were once copied by Roidmudes, and Misuzu Hatori, copied by Medic, is also attacked by the mysterious monster. The monster, which appears to be a collection of Roidmudes, has the number "5886" on its chest...? From this number and its appearance, Heart discerns the monster's true identity and its terrifying purpose. However, Heart, who has not yet regained his true power as a Roidmude, faces an uphill battle. Then, Tomari Shinnosuke appears before Heart...!
