The head and tail lights and front display are illuminated by white LEDs. The front display is fitted with a printed "Yamanote Line" part. The driver's cab side of the lead car is equipped with a dummy coupler only. Features a flywheel-equipped motor, a new current collection system, and black wheels. Features an M-13 motor.
