Uses a new motor (M-13). The pantograph uses a PS22 with metal upper and lower frames. H-rubbers are reproduced in black. The headlights are equipped with a constant-on circuit board. The headlights are illuminated by warm-colored LEDs. The release lever is reproduced as a separate part (already attached). Signal flares, whistle, and train radio antenna are included as separate parts. Front handrail (vertical) is included as a separate part. Uses one-piece plate wheel-centering wheels. Includes a self-coupled TN coupler and dummy coupler. Capable of running on mini-curves. Uses a flywheel-equipped motor, gray bogie frame, and silver wheels.

The roof-mounted monitor is reproduced in gray. Number plates "EF65-2127/1127" are included as separate parts. Air conditioning duct is included.
