This model recreates the Hokutosei 1 and 2 trains operated with JR Hokkaido vehicles from 1999 to 2008. The Ohanefu 25-0 series is a newly produced version with its rain gutters modified to be external. The Sushi 24-500 series is a reproduction of the 503 model with a large ventilator remaining. The Kani 24-500 series is a reproduction of a train without a microskirt. The Ohane 25-550 series and Suhane 25-500 series are newly produced versions with their toilet windows filled in and inspection covers with modified shapes. The Ohane 25-550 series and Suhane 25-500 series are reproduced as trains with narrow stripes. The Ohane 25-560 series (car 2) has a new air conditioner with a single fan on top, while the AU77 type air conditioners on the other cars have a new design with two fans. The Ohanefu 25-0 series is already fitted with a TN coupler. The Kani 24-500 series includes a replacement TN coupler. The taillights and train markings are equipped with a constant-lighting circuit board, while the Ohanfu 25-0 series includes an ON-OFF switch. The taillights and train markings are illuminated by white LEDs. The "Hokutosei" train marking is printed on it. The car number is selectable and a transfer sheet is included.
