WANIMA

A Japanese rock band. The members are KENTA (vocals, bass), KO-SHIN (guitar, chorus), and FUJI (drums, chorus), all from Kumamoto Prefecture.

After their predecessor band, HANIMA, disbanded in 2007, KENTA moved to Tokyo and formed the band in the spring of 2008.

The current lineup was formed in December 2012.

They have been actively performing live, and their first full-length album, "Are You Coming?", reached number 4 in 2015.

In 2017, their song "Yatte Miyou," which was used as a commercial song, became a hot topic, and they made their first appearance on the "Kohaku Uta Gassen" (Red and White Song Battle) at the end of the same year.

Following "Everybody!!" in 2018, they released their second major album, "COMINATCHA!!," in October 2019.
