The "Great Western Trail" series features a system that combines sugoroku and deck-building. This time, the setting is Argentina in the late 19th century. Players lead a herd of cattle across the Argentine grasslands toward Buenos Aires. Earn points by selling cattle, and the player with the most points at the end of the game wins.

The biggest difference from "Great Western Trail 2nd Edition Japanese Version" is the increased scoring element. While the basic gameplay remains the same, new features have been added that can significantly change your playstyle, such as new resources like "wheat," "ship tiles," and "farmers." Use cards and buildings with various abilities to create your own unique strategy on a vast map that traverses the Argentine grasslands.
