I recently bought a painting projector from this seller. The delivery was very slow, so I tried to contact the company by phone, but the phone number was not working. I also sent two emails asking where the package was coming from and which courier company was handling the delivery, but I never received any response. Eventually the package arrived, but all the information and instructions for the projector were in Chinese. I had a very difficult time finding basic information about how to use it. In addition, the projector is not very practical or user-friendly in actual use. What is also disappointing is that shortly after my purchase, the seller increased the price of the same product from €82 (the price I paid) to about €96. Overall, the service was very poor and the experience was disappointing. I definitely do not recommend this product or seller.
