This medicinal lotion creates a layer of water containing moisturizing ingredients (IPSA's image of moisture) on the surface of the skin, refining skin texture and leaving a lasting, fresh feeling as if the skin is covered in water.

IPSA's unique moisturizing ingredient, Aqua Presenter III, creates an artificial layer of water that traps moisturizing ingredients on the skin's surface, providing moisture in response to dryness while preventing it from escaping, so that the skin remains fully hydrated.

In addition, being fully hydrated helps to create a well-balanced moisture level and reduces shine, and the active ingredients prevent rough skin and adult acne.

How to use:

After washing your face, dispense a generous amount (approximately 2mL) onto cotton or the palm of your hand, slightly larger than a 500 yen coin, and smooth over your entire face.

It can be used in any order in your skin care routine, such as before cream.

Crystals of the active ingredient may adhere to the mouth of the container, but this does not affect the quality of the product.

Wipe off the crystals before use.
