[Usage Precautions] Cannot be used in microwave ovens, grills, steamers, open flames, gas stoves, electric heaters, or induction cooktops. Do not use the automatic microwave function. Do not use for deep-fried foods such as ajillo, fried chicken, or tempura. Do not use for deep-fried foods other than reheating. Never heat oil in the microwave.

Do not heat the microwave without food inside the unit at a wattage exceeding 600W or for more than 3 minutes.

We do not recommend using this product with some microwaves that use metal trays. The base of the microwave and the metal tray may become hot and damage the microwave. Always keep the lid closed when cooking. Do not leave the microwave unattended during cooking so you can deal with any abnormalities that may occur during cooking. The lid and microwave may become hot after cooking, so use a microwave mitt. For microwaves with a turntable, do not use the microwave if the handle touches the inside of the microwave and the turntable does not rotate properly. Please check the size before use. Place the microwave in the center of the turntable. Cooking times and methods are based on a 600W microwave. If the wattage is different, please cook accordingly and monitor the microwave. All cooking times are estimates. The required cooking time will vary depending on the microwave manufacturer and model, the amount of ingredients, the chopping size (thickness), and the temperature of the ingredients (room temperature, refrigerated, or frozen). Please cook and monitor the microwave. The interior is coated with fluororesin, so no oil is required. If oiling, use a thin layer. Adding too much oil may cause the microwave to reach higher temperatures than expected, shortening the microwave's lifespan. Do not use metal spatulas, forks, knives, etc. Do not leave cooked food inside the microwave oven. This will adversely affect the coating.
