Received today three ordered items in one package.Seems good and nice from the first glimpse. I just tried to choose the approprate music and also to adjust the volume of music and for the black doorbell. To my great surprise it turned out there is no side buttons for arranging it and there is no chance neither for choosing the needed musik and nor the chance for adjusting the required volume of sound. I think you shipped the wrong doorbell. Attached I am sending the side pics of the doorbell for ensuring you that there is no any adjustment buttons on the doorbell. Kindly refund the sum I paid for it for enabling me to order the required doorbell with adjustment buttons,or resend a new doorbell.

Works absolutely amazing and so very easy to set up... it also has different volume settings. I've been using this for a week now and helps so much especially since our we live in a multi-level house.
