Synopsis

Directed by Joseph Zito, who previously worked with him on the cult slasher "Rosemary," this film unleashes a brutal panorama of sharp saws slicing throats, knives and axes digging into human flesh, faces crushed, and kitchen knives piercing heads. ●Story A horrific massacre rocks the tranquil Crystal Lake. The hockey-masked killer Jason is killed by an axe smashing his head. However, he regains consciousness in the hospital morgue and brutally murders two staff members. He returns to the forest, where he begins a series of murders against defenseless young people reveling at a rental cottage. Next door, siblings Trish and Tommy encounter Rob, a young camper who vows revenge on Jason for murdering their sister. Jason finally appears before them during a violent thunderstorm.
