【Story】
In the year 10191 AD, the universe was under the rule of Emperor Shadham IV. The planet Arrakis was the only planet where the immortality drug Melange was produced, and the Emperor was plotting to control it. Sensing this, the Space Guild's navigator visits the Emperor and confronts him. The Emperor resents Duke Leto Atreides, who developed the "Modules," weapons that amplify voices to destroy matter. He had given Leto Arrakis to Duke Leto, intending to incite Baron Harkonnen, an enemy of Leto, to bring about Leto's downfall. However, the navigator claims that Duke Leto's son, Paul Atreides, is the real threat and orders his assassination.
Upon landing on Arrakis, the ducal family is attacked by an army arranged by Baron Harkonnen and flees into the desert with Paul's mother, Jessica. The two join a group of the Arrakis natives, the Fremen, and, by giving them the Modules, organize a large army. Controlling giant sandworms, Paul systematically destroys Baron Harkonnen's forces. Eventually, after drinking the "Water of Life" passed down among the Fremen, Paul becomes a superhuman and challenges the Emperor to a final battle. [Staff]
