【From Practical Use to Dress-Up】The color of the light emitted changes depending on the Kelvin number (color temperature). Lower Kelvin numbers result in a more yellowish color, while higher Kelvin numbers result in a more bluish color. HID bulbs adopted as original equipment by car manufacturers have a Kelvin number of around 4300K, which is close to daylight color. Shingen bulbs offer a wide lineup from 3000K, 4300K, 6000K, 8000K, to 12000K. You can choose your preferred color temperature, from practical use compliant with vehicle inspections to dress-up applications.
[The Crucial Difference in H4 Bulbs] Genuine H4 Hi/Lo bulbs have different filament positions for high and low beams. This difference alters the angle at which the reflector in the headlight illuminates, resulting in the switching between downward and upward beams. Shingen's H4 bulbs utilize a "diagonal slide electromagnetic bulb" that precisely traces the original filament, achieving the same ideal light distribution for both high and low beams as the original bulbs.
[Please Check Beforehand] Even if the bulb type is compatible, installation may occasionally be impossible due to insufficient space at the rear of the bulb or insufficient space with the lens. Therefore, please be sure to check the space at the installation location on your vehicle beforehand. Also, please note that our H16 bulbs have a different shape than those used in imported cars and cannot be installed in imported vehicles (the H16 bulbs in the 86/BRZ also have the same shape as those used in imported cars and therefore cannot be installed).
