How to Use: 1. Starting from the center of the eye, hold the brush at an angle and draw an eyeliner line as close as possible to the lash line, moving outward toward the eyelid. 2. Hold the brush upright and fill in the gaps between the lashes by dabbing. 3. Connect the eyeliner from the inner corner of the eye to the center. 4. With your eyes open, extend the length of the outer corner and adjust the thickness of the end to complete a defined eye look. / Precautions: Shake well 2-3 times before use.
